Responsibilities and Requirements:

Ideal candidates should be able to:

- Collaborate with LOB partners and subject matter experts to review current state processes, validate process documentation, and modify it as necessary.

- Be responsible for ongoing maintenance of captured materials in the Enterprise Repository.

- Work on large-scale, complex initiatives in support of operational excellence.

- Pay close attention to detail in an expansive and matrixed environment, focusing on accuracy.

- Exhibit critical thinking skills, anticipate needs, reduce risks, and solve potential issues effectively.

- Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision.

- Adapt effectively to ambiguity and changing circumstances.

- Analyze data, major data points, and present information effectively using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree.

- Experience threshold - 6+ years in process modeling and analysis using industry-accepted methodologies.

- Practical experience along with process and metric flows (Process Swami portal and ORCIT major initiatives).

- ARIS Process Modeling Tool.

- Process governance policy and implementation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
